专利摘要:
Protective construction for an aerator is characterized in that a plate-shaped aerator (1) can be removed from a round cylindrical protective structure (2), which is open at least at the top and bottom, from below via the outside of a shelf rod attached to the circular edge at the bottom of the cylinder ring and can be placed back therein from below without tools or without removing the aerator from one end of an aeration hose or aeration connection, since the purpose of fastening rods (9) attached transversely to the cylinder ring at the top of the protective structure is to prevent the aerator from rising when lying on its edges, and the purpose of shelf bars (8) attached transversely to the round cylinder ring at a lower level is to support the aerator in the protective structure at a desired lower level, and the purpose of a hook-shaped separate holder (5) provided with an angle support level with a shelf plate at the bottom, which holder can be hung on the upper edge of the cylinder ring, is to attach the aerator to the protective construction n by supporting it on the underside of the aerator, and by removing said separate holder, the aerator can be removed from the protective structure via the underside of the protective structure by turning downwards the edge of the aerator which is not supported by a shelf bar (8). In addition, the protection requirements 2-3.

专利说明:

Aerator housing Various aerators are usually used for wastewater treatment and water aeration. The aerator acts as an air distributor in the water. Since the aerator is intended to be in water below the surface or at the bottom, a weight, i.e. a housing, must be installed on the aerator, which at the same time can act as a housing to protect the aerator from breakage. Correspondingly, the air enters the aerator through a rubber which expands under pressure and cannot withstand mechanical stress. In large objects, the aerators are weighted to the bottom of the water mattress with aerator plates or piping to which the aerators are screwed or otherwise secured. In smaller objects, such as small treatment plants, the aerators are similarly weighted with different fixed weights or racks, where the aerators are attached so that the aerator cannot be removed from the rack without removing it from the aeration hose or one end. The aerators in the garden pools are weighted accordingly. Loose aerators in use are lifted out of the water by their aeration hose. Some aerators are removed from the water of the wastewater treatment plant tank, sludge and wastewater wells during emptying / removal, because there is no mechanical shock protection on the aerator rubbers. Sludge and wastewater are known to be removed from the tanks by a sludge truck, which sucks the sludge and wastewater from the bottom of the wells with a hose. If the suction hose hits the surface of the aerator, the aerator will break and must be replaced. The known detachable racks do not completely prevent the breakage of the suction hose from occurring.
The aerator housing can be used to weigh individual aerators, i.e. wastewater oxidants, to the bottom of the water mattress or wastewater mattress. By means of the invention, it is simple to lift the aerator out of the water with a lifting rope attached to the middle upwardly raised bar of the aerator housing. When the aerator is moved from the housing N attached to it, the air hose to the aerator and the joints (spindle and fasteners S hose) are not subjected to stress, whereby the risk of equipment breakage in connection with aerator lifts 3 is eliminated. When the aerator housing is used in wastewater, the surface of the aerator plate E can be easily cleaned when the aerator does not need to be removed from the threads and spindle of the O 30 hose head to get it out of the housing. A top diffuser, and S sides of the bars or grids are spaced so smaller that the slurry discharge tube is> not touch the surface aerator. The surface of the aerator is normally thin and micro-> perforated rubber that is easily broken by sharp objects or a hard hit.
When using the housing according to the invention, the aerator does not have to be lifted out of the process tank during the sludge emptying of the tank while at the bottom of the waste water mattress. Image list: Figure 1 shows a side view of the aerator in the aerator housing. Figure 2 shows a detachable hook-like holder for the aerator housing. Figure 3 shows a three-dimensional view of the aerator in the aerator housing, showing the parts of the aerator housing and their relationship to each other. Figure 4 shows an alternative to the three legs of the aerator, i.e. the bottom frame.
The aerator needs a holder or housing with which it is weighted to the bottom of the water mattress, because the aerator is lifted when air is pumped into it under pressure, and then the aerator does not stay at the bottom but rises to the surface. With a sufficiently heavy housing or weight, the aerator is weighted to the bottom.
The advantages of the invention, i.e. the aerator housing, are the easy and pleasant maintenance of the aerator and the easy emptying of the tanks and wells, as well as the removal of the stress on the aerator hose from the aerator lifting and lowering while the aerator has a weight with which it remains at the bottom of the water mattress. The detachable hook-like holder of the aerator, with a bracket under the aerator, attaches the aerator to the housing in which the aerator is first placed between the shelf rods and the mounting rods and to which the detachable holder attaches it. The aerator housing can also be used as a weight with pond aerators. o 25 There are attached rods on the upper surface of the aerator housing, one of which is longer and at an upward N angle so that a lifting rope can be attached to it. The lower part of the housing has rods S transversely so as to form a shelf for the aerator. The aerator rests on the shelf-like bars and is attached to the housing by means of a detachable (5) holder. E Insert the holder (5) after installing the aerator. The aerator O 30 cannot rise due to its buoyancy when there are mounting rods S (9) above it, which prevent the aerator from rising. The upper bars (4) of the aerator housing are at such a distance from the surface of the aerator that the rubber (7) of the aerator surface can> expand without touching the upper bars (4) so that the rubber does not break. The edge of the circular housing may be made of or closed from a closed plate, as shown, but in such a way that the sludge drain hose cannot hit the surface of the aeration plate also through the edges of the housing. The housing may rest on three or more feet or the feet may be crossed. O I O
